Embark on an exciting journey as a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d), leading cutting-edge technology projects that will shape the future of our organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary professional to drive project success through strategic planning, execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
Utilize Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to manage and streamline project workflows.
Implement modern project management tools, including Jira, Asana, or Monday.com, to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing feedback loops and lessons learned.
Oversee the integration of DevOps practices to enhance project delivery and deployment processes.
Lead project teams in adopting emerging technologies and methodologies for optimal project outcomes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters and resource plans.
Provide regular status updates to executive leadership, highlighting key milestones and potential roadblocks
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in software development or IT.
Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Strong proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and requirements.
